Return and Exchange Policy – OV Poster Store Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided by the store within three days from the date of receipt of the product, and this right expires after 3 days. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. Allowed cases for return and replacement: The customer has the right to request a return or replacement only in the following cases: - The product arrives damaged. - The product arrives different from the order in terms of size or design. - There is a clear manufacturing defect. - Shipping is delayed for more than 14 days from the date of order confirmation without delivering the product to the customer. The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they set, (except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer). 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 3- Changing the customer's mind after approving the design and printing. Cases not covered by the return: Returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases: - Changing the customer's mind after receiving the order. - Choosing an inappropriate size or design by the customer. - Customized products (special design, name, image, or any custom modification). - Damage caused by misuse after receipt. - Slight color variation between the digitally displayed design and the printed product. Important note regarding colors: Please be aware that the colors of the designs displayed digitally on the website or via phone may not match 100% with the final printing colors, due to differences in screen and device settings, printing techniques, and materials used. This difference is normal and expected and is not considered a defect in the product, and therefore does not justify a request for return or exchange. Return request submission period: In case of receiving the product: The return request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receipt. In case of delayed shipping: The customer has the right to request a return or cancel the order after 14 days from the date of order confirmation. Financial refund: The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used or any alternative method depending on the case. Refund period: Within 3 to 7 working days after approval of the return request.
